Catherine Dehlin, RN, BSN, CHPN, CHCM, COQS

Catherine Dehlin is a seasoned leader in hospice care and consulting with more than 25 years of experience dedicated to enhancing end-of-life care. She specializes in clinical and operational improvements, compliance, reimbursement strategies, and managing mergers and acquisitions.

Catherine formerly served as the Regional Vice President of Operations and Sales at Three Oaks Hospice in Dallas, TX, where she oversaw nine locations, improved financial performance, and standardized processes. Catherine was also formerly Director of Hospice and Palliative Services at Wellsky/Fazzi Associates, focusing on thought leadership, education, regulatory issues, and operational consulting. As a Senior Operational Consultant, Catherine conducted comprehensive reviews and provided strategic guidance for home health and hospice agencies. In addition, Catherine co-founded Generations Hospice Service Corporation and served as its Chief Nursing Officer/Chief Operations Officer, achieving notable success in maintaining top of class regulatory compliance and quality, exceptional growth, and robust financial performance.

Catherine's career began with roles at In Home Health, Inc. and North Oaks Health System, where she developed skills in operational management and market development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University and certifications as a Hospice and Palliative Care Registered Nurse (CHPN) and Hospice Case Manager (CHCM). Catherine is actively involved in the Hospice and Palliative Nurse Association (HPNA) and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO).
