Linda Hall, RN, MBA

Linda Hall is a Registered Nurse with an MBA in Healthcare Management. Linda collaborates with clients to help them achieve their financial, operational, and performance goals. She has more than 25 years of experience working in the post-acute care industry, including leadership roles in home health, hospice, and palliative care.

Among other past leadership positions, Linda served as Vice President of Operations and Partnerships for a hospice with a census of 800. She has also been an accreditation site visitor for hospices with CHAP, and has worked as a hospice consultant and program analyst since 2019. She brings a thorough understanding of all aspects of hospice and palliative care business operations to her engagements, and has deep understanding of the challenges of delivering quality care in the fast-changing post-acute care environment. Linda has also worked directly with health plans to develop networks of quality providers for them.

Her particular areas of expertise include:

  • Program leadership, including interim roles

  • Operational best practices for hospice and palliative care

  • Quality assurance

  • Cost management

  • Process improvement

  • Clinical model development

  • Quality ratings and measures, including CAHPS Star Ratings and health plan Hedis measures

As a changemaker, Linda enjoys working closely with client organizations to improve care quality, processes, and collaboration for better patient outcomes. She resides in Florida.
